Khroumbaly Lehbib, who holds a Master's degree in Economics and previously served as Project Manager at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum, was appointed to the position of Managing Director of the Mauritanian Electricity Company (SOMELEC), Parent Company in June 2025.
