Ahmed Salem Bede is a financial administrator and state engineer in IT with more than 15 years of experience. Formery, he held the position of National Coordinator of the Social Registry Programme at the DelegationGeneral TAAZOUR. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Register Social, using cutting-edge technologies to make it a regional model.

Over the course of his career, he has held a number of senior positions, including the Ministry of the Economy, the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP), the Ministry of Finance, the National Electoral Commission (CENI) and at the telecommunications operator Mattel.
