Chen Dengcai is the Chairman of SD Mining. He has diverse industry experience from his time in China and Africa. From starting out in the military, he has also engaged in road and freight transportation, real estate and construction. In 2017, Chen Dengcai entered the Guinean mining market and founded the mining company Tianfu. In 2019, he founded SD Mining in Guinea.
