Archaean Gold is an Australian explorer that has entered into two Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreements with Mauritanian entities to undertake gold exploration.  It has expended more than US$4 million since commencing exploration in Mauritanian in March 2024.

Its leadership team has over 150 years of experience in the mining sector throughout the world in geology, mining, mineral processing, finance and government and community relations.

The leadership team has been involved in exploration and development activities in Mauritanian for over 15 years and considers Mauritania an excellent jurisdiction and extremely prospective for exploration and mining.
