Tijirit Exploitation (TIREX) Sa is a Mauritanian and Canadian gold mining company whose objective is the construction and operation of an industrial gold mine in Tijirit (Inchiri region, Mauritania).

A quarter of the company's capital is Mauritanian (State 15% and private investor 10%) and the project is developed by Aya Gold & Silver, a Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which operates a silver mine in Morocco.

The Tijirit project, currently under development, will be the country's second industrial gold mine and will enter into production in 2024.
