Augusto R. Arosemena has been an associate of the firm Arifa since 2009. At present, Mr. Arosemena serves as Minister of Commerce and Industries of the Republic of Panama.

Mr. Arosemena’s practice focuses on estates, trusts and foundations; cross border estate planning and asset protection structures, corporations; and offshore services.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arosemena worked as an associate with another firm in Panama in the areas of domestic and offshore companies, commercial transactions and contracts, government permits and administrative matters.

Mr. Arosemena also worked as Commercial Counselor for the Embassy of the Republic of Panama in Washington, D.C. (2004-2006) and as Development Director and Manager for Aid for AIDS International Head Office, New York City (2003-2004).
